Welcome to the Angels' Arms Family
Angels’ Arms is thrilled to welcome foster mother Ann Fisher into our home in Florissant. Ann has been a foster parent for the past seven years, and has provided a loving home for 13 foster children. She is looking forward to moving into the Florissant home this month and having more space for the children to grow and play.
Within the foster care system Ann is a Stars trainer who works with other foster parents. Ann feels called to be a foster mother, and sold her business to devote herself to providing a loving, nurturing environment for the children she serves. She is a wonderful addition to the Angels’ Arms family.
